Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 p.m. Pacific begin processing the same day. Standard processing is 1–2 business days (expect 3–5 business days during launches, holidays, or peak volume). Orders are not processed on U.S. federal holidays.

  • Free Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)
    3–9 business day delivery*
  • Priority Shipping (ships next business day)
    2–3 business day delivery — $14
  • Express Shipping (ships next business day)
    1–3 day delivery (weekend transit may occur) — $28

*Transit times begin when the carrier scans your package. Estimates only; not guaranteed for non-contiguous U.S. destinations (AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO).

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your parcel leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update.

Cancellations & Modifications

All orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel, edit, or combine orders after checkout, so please review your cart and address carefully before completing purchase.

Signature Requirement

Orders with a subtotal of $500 USD or more require a delivery signature. You may request a signature upgrade on smaller orders before shipment.

Fraud Prevention

All orders undergo automated and manual fraud screening. We may request proof of identity or address before shipping and reserve the right to cancel high-risk or freight-forwarding orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Wait up to 72 hours after a “delivered” scan—carriers sometimes mark early.
  • If still missing, submit a request through our Contact page within 7 days.
  • Packages marked delivered are the customer’s responsibility; we will assist with carrier claims but cannot refund theft.

Optional shipping-protection insurance is available at checkout; approved claims are handled per insurer terms.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped (you pay actual postage) or refunded minus original shipping costs. Express and Priority services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Missing Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any missing or incorrect items via our Contact page within 30 days; we cannot guarantee resolution after that period.

Force Majeure

Casa De Oro is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, carrier strikes, government actions, or internet outages.
